Vera joined the practice in 2019. She is a qualified dentist who trained overseas so we are very fortunate to have such a highly qualified individual as our practice manager. Vera’s favourite part of being at Oxford Orthodontics is spending time with the patients and seeing their new smile and improved confidence at the end of the treatment. Her positive attitude, organization and calm demeanour make her a welcome addition to our team. In her spare time she enjoys playing outdoor sports and cooking.
Nella is one of our lovely treatment co-ordinators. Having graduated with a distinction in Marketing and Management, she can speak three languages and has been working for 15 years in different guest relations roles. She is very passionate about her role and will make anything possible to meet a patient’s expectations. She is a very positive and hard-working person. In her free time, she enjoys keeping active, training, painting, and travelling.

Lisa is one of our very experienced therapists and has been working in dentistry for over 15 years. She qualified as Orthodontic Therapist from the Edinburgh Dental Institute in 2014. She is a very competent clinician with an eye for detail and has vast experience in private and NHS orthodontics and has worked in Scotland and England. Lisa enjoys keeping fit, running, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two cats and two dogs.

Marta is an experienced orthodontic therapist who graduated from the University of Warwick in 2016. She is highly skilled in orthodontics and has contributed hugely to the development of the practice in her 5 years with us. Her role entails providing all aspects of the orthodontic journey. She is enthusiastic and passionate about her work at Oxford Orthodontic Centre. In her free time, she enjoys travelling with her family.

Samantha is also one of our lovely therapists having qualified as an orthodontic therapist in 2019. Samantha is a very caring and compassionate person who is hardworking and thorough in the approach to her work. In her spare time Samantha enjoys spending time with her partner and friends, attending gigs, festivals and trying new vegan recipes.

Kirsty is our other lovely treatment coordinator. She started her career in general dentistry in 2001 and now loves her role as a treatment coordinator and a nurse. Always happy and smiling, Kirsty goes the extra mile to help patients and is on hand and available to help with any query or question. She is clinically very experienced and is qualified in Dental Radiography too. In her spare time Kirsty enjoys cycling, being active and spending time with her friends and family.

Manisha is our Head Dental Nurse and a fun filled character who is full of energy and laughter. Although only qualified as a dental nurse in 2015, she has vast experience in all spheres of dentistry and is a fast learner. She is doing her radiography training and her certificate in orthodontic nursing. In her spare time Manisha loves cooking, performing and teaching dance and getting involved in community work.

Vangjel is qualified dentist in his native Albania having now worked in dentistry in the UK for over 4 years. We are very fortunate to have such a highly qualified individual working as a nurse. He is very passionate about his work and enjoys helping patients in transforming their smiles. He’s also our “Mr. Fix it”! and sorts out issues with any equipment or gadgets! When not working or studying, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Vangjel also loves the outdoors, camping, cycling, running and boxing.

Kerry has been working in dentistry for about 20 years. We are very fortunate to have such an experienced nurse like Kerry who brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. She loves orthodontics and her friendly, happy and chatty nature helps patients along in their orthodontic journey. Outside work she likes to spend time with her family.

Sami joined Oxford Orthodontic Centre in March 2021 and is currently training to be a dental nurse. With a diverse background in healthcare and a passion for helping people, Sami aspires to learn the ropes of dentistry. In her spare time, Sami enjoys spending time with her partner, shopping and travelling to as many different locations as possible.

Alexandra has a BSc in Sports Science from Oxford Brooks University and is now training to be a qualified Dental Nurse. She is a happy, positive person who is always brimming with energy. She also speaks three languages! Outside of work she loves sports, animals and enjoys spending time watching movies and enjoying good food.
